CLAS:H-Cosplay Indonesia

More than 2,000 people from various regions, Sunday (24/07), visit CLAS: H, first cosplay competition at the national level in Indonesia, which was held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta.

Alodia Gosiengfiao cosplay as Black Mage Rikku and Naoki Drachen as Tifa Lockhart.

Fantasy Quest Cosplay Event Report

Last July 23, 2011, Cosplay Network Philippines in cooperation with Anime Alliance, Ormagn Eventures and Fernbrook Gardens, hold a cosplay event at Fernbrook Gardens titled as Fantasy Quest-Be there when it happens.

The event was filled with photo shoot opportunities on a more realistic location, that makes cosplay fantasies come to life. More fun on activites likes cosplay catwalk contest, Cosplay Ballroom, and cosplay-photography workshop.

I ask some comments from attendees and cosplayer about their experience, and the feedbacks were mostly awesome, and they are requesting for more.

The series is more than just an anime about friendship. A much closer description would be reality-based anime. It’s a touching and down to earth that everyone should see.

Sana used to live with his friends and family when he was young, but due to events he had to move away. Before he moves away, his friends Nanaka, Syusuke, Aoi and Syuri threw him a farewell party with Nanaka writing a special song for him on the violin. Five years has passed and Sana has returned to the place where he used to live though he has forgotten many things. His friends are glad to see him back, though Nanaka isn't fond of see him back.

Seriously, It's kinda an old school but I'm still addicted to this. It's a song by a Vocaloid Program Character "LUKA" (Like Miku Hatsune)

A song about a girl reminiscing those moments when the guy he loved left her and told her that they're better off friends. The song has a VERY addicting beat to it, and the way Luka sang it, you can really feel the song.

My top 3 favorite anime's are Dragon Ball Z, (me and my papa's fav), i liked hikaru shidou of Magic Knight Rayearth, though i only watch it on the internet, Slamdunk (i like hanamichi sakuragi) disney movies specially Mulan, im playing Grand Chase Online, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, and Left for Dead (kinda scary, cant play without my papa), Plants vesus Zombies, and games from friv and y8.. Good things always come when you least expected it.

Yesterday, I won as Best Cosplayer at the First Talisay City’s Cosplay Convention:Fashion Revolution, a joint project of Blucrush Otakuzen and Bacolod Genre. The event was sponsored by the local SK council and local officials of Talisay City. I didn’t have any tinge of expectations to win something but that time,I have the greatest joy to see the growth of the cosplay community.

I cosplayed Fye Flowright/ Fay Flourite from Tsubasa Chronicles. I always want to cosplay slender bodied hombros and originally, I’m planning to go as Kaito from Vocaloids. Since I don’t have time to prepare for the costume, I settled for Fye because his costume has lesser details (except for his fur coat). Along with the outfit is the white Mokona Modoki plushie that I bought for my sis as an advance birthday present.

I think “hitsuzen”(fate) played a trick on me, I left around 9pm after the catwalk with Elle, Emma and Sai since I haven’t slept for more than 24 hours that time and I need to rest. Elle forgot her jacket at the venue which caused as to go back. Then and there, I decided to stay at the event with Sai and the rest of cosplayers from Bacolod. It was indeed fun mingling with new people and also enjoying the line up of programs such as the Para Para Dance, Stand Up Comedy, Fashion Show and Battle of the Bands. I felt tired and my eyes were about to shut and I was hungry as hell and for a few moments people were screaming “BAN!! ikaw nag daog”, and I was like.. “My name is Stein”, and I don’t know how many times my name was called. (Sorry :D) It was a 3-5 seconds of undefined euphoria, since it never did cross my mind and personally I was expecting Kai or Raikee will take the slot. But THANKS! you caught me off guard and made me speechless for the first time.

So yeah! It was another fun cosplay experience and considering this is my first time to win in a convention. JULY 17, 2010 will be one of the best things that happened this year :) Thanks to BluCrush Otakuzen, Bacolod Genre, SK council and sponsors for making this event, it was indeed a succesful one!. I will share this happiness that I contain to all the people who have been part of this success, to my family, friends, HITSUZEN INC!, Tinta Productions, WHCM! and ofcourse to God Almighty. :)

Oyeah! let’s have something in MOTION :D

Most of their episodes are funny dramas with lessons clarifying the importance of values such as courage, bravery, relative's bonding, respect for elders, etc. The series is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who passages back in time from the 22nd century to aid a schoolboy, Nobita Nobi.

The stories illustrate the daily strives of Nobita. Normally, Nobita comes home crying about a problem he faces. After listening to him, Doraemon offers helpful advice, but that’s never enough for Nobita. Finally, after Nobita’s arguing Doraemon gives a gadget to help Nobita fix his problem.

Slam Dunk - Hanamichi Sakuragi

The heroine of the series is a disobedient student (Hanamichi Sakuragi) with a long record of erotic failures because of not being on the basketball team from the Institute.

This causes Hanamichi has trauma with this sport. However, everything changes, the day that changes Institute and meets the Haruko, a lovely girl who encouraged him to join the basketball team. Little by little he discovers an innate talent to become an athlete and leader of his team, the Shohoku. All for love!

Gosick - Victorique de Blois

Gosick keeps to a tried-and-true formula in which a cold but brilliant detective is teamed with a truthful but somewhat dark buddy who constantly a few hints behind the audience.

The story of this anime is full of mystery and adventure mixed with drama and comedy. Almost all the characters in the series are interesting. Human's invention is really amazing.That's why god created us as the perfect-living-thing ever.. anyone agree? Or you all wanna say that those creepy alien is better than us? I seriously dont believe it.LOL..With brains that He gives us, humans, we invent things that called 'cosmetic' to enhance our beauty inside so as outside.(actually i've got no point for the intro..just blabbering around..**TROLL FACE**)

So, cosmetics in various method ( grooming, plastic surgery, botox, silicon implant..etc..)surely can change an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan..and at the same time vice versa.. the BOTOX treatment sure can make our lips look sexy but if its too much, we could look like some alien bitch..bahahahaha!!!

WTF?BOTOX fail...

And also, there's some people who's trying too hard to be beautiful and the result is FAIL...I mean if you fail in makeups( grooming), well, there always a makeup remover waiting for you, but what if u got plastic surgery fail? just like the botox-girl above..LOLOL..ok..I don't blame the deceased Micheal Jackson..he undergo plastic surgery for a reason, which he didn't want to look like his father..haha..we don't know if it's true or not.. but whatever it is..trying too hard to be beautiful can lead to FAILNESS !
